What price should be reasonable for the led fluorescent Tubes?

In contact with the LED fluorescent customers, We found that there is one thing in common - the price of LED fluorescent tube is very high. In LED fluorescent lamp market, the price of 1200mm T8-LED Fluorescent Tube is from USD10 ~ USD50 differently. 
Then, how can we know the price is reasonable? 
What is the difference between USD10 & USD50? 
Why is there such a big price gap?

Now, let's break down the cost of the LED Fluorescent Tube roughly:
1. Light-emitting part: using medium quality chips (such as Epistar): USD0.60 – 0.80/W, (price is different according to different brightness), Then 18W Tube lamp cost USD11.00 – 14.00.
2. Qualified power supply and a good aluminum plate: USD5.00

3. The heat sink & other accessories parts: USD5.00.

Totally, price for the T8 LED Fluorescent Tube Should be : usd21.00-24.00/pc.

How about the T8 LED Fluorescent Tube in cheap price?
1. Using used or wasted chips, they can even make it at usd0.15/W, then 18W cost: usd2.80;
2. RC power supply: USD1.00
3. Cheap PCB board (poor or without heat sink): USD1.00
4. Use a two-color acrylic tube-cover (without heat) and other parts: USD3.00 

Totally, the cost is about USD8.00/PC, selling at usd12.00/pc and gets 50% profit.
But that tube at usd24.00 profits no more than 15%.

A real case as following can help us to know what price will be reasonable for the LED fluorescent tube lamp:
Some customer bought a number of LED fluorescent lamp from a professional China factory at price of usd30/pc. Half a year, he found that the quality of the light is fine, but it is a little expensive. Then, he ran to ZhongShan City, and ordered his second batch at a very cheap price. In 3 months after installation, 40% of the lamps were down.

He claimed to the factory who promised warranty before.
"Bad quality?", the factory said, "Electric products always have the quality problems. Anyway, send them back, we'll repair them as warranty".
Finally the customer gave up because the cost of sending back the lamps were much higher than to buy a new batch.

Low price is a good thing. The LED fluorescent lamp can be use widely if the price is very cheap. However, the cheap price must be built on the basis of excellent quality.
